please kindly note that all prices displayed at the High-tech-flon Online Shop are net export prices given in US Dollar (average exchange rate of 1,20), exclusive of taxes, VAT or costs for shipping.

The uniform price for export custom clearance and shipping is 49,00 US$ and will be charged at the cash desk after you have finished your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Importing goods to the United States of America my cause additional costs like import taxes, custom duties or import clearance fees. Please inform yourself at your customs or tax office.

In addition to duty, imports may be subject to a Merchandise Processing Fee, and in some cases to sales tax, and Federal Excise Tax.

Trough the whole shopping process you can view the content of the shopping cart, as well as change, remove or add items and quantities. The order procedure continues as soon as you made your decisions.

After you have finished your selection of products you will be asked to enter your address details.
You can select whether your invoice address and shipping address are the same and/or enter a alternative shipping address. Through the whole process you are able to access your shopping cart.

View and confirm your order
Before your order is finally processed and sent to our sales team you have the possibility to view your shopping cart. Something is not correct? No problem! You still can make changes of address or shopping cart content.
As soon as you are satisfied with your selection and entries, you confirm your order. After a few minutes you will receive a order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping
After we received your payment (please check payment modes) your order will be processed and the goods shipped by parcel service.
The costs for transport and shipment will be displayed after you entered your country in the address details during the order procedure and you can view them here.

Your package
Even if most of our packages arrive in good condition, please check yours for any damages and report them directly if necessary. Only than we are able to take steps to get you replacement in short time.
